JUST stop it! 🛑 Every time you say the word “JUST” you are minimizing everything that comes next. Think about it…

👉 How was your vacation? I JUST went away for a few days. You don’t need to go to the South of France for 2 weeks to have a great rest and relaxation time. 

👉 Are you having company for the holidays? We are JUST having 8 people over. Seriously. It’s awesome that you get to spend the holidays with 8 people and are entertaining. Stop minimizing it. 

👀 Now your job search…

You aren’t JUST a teacher

You didn’t JUST lead a team of 4.

You didn’t JUST deliver 1 training.

You aren’t JUST anything. You are totally awesome. Always remember to OWN it. 💖💖
