We buy shampoo that gets rid of the frizz, or makes your hair fuller, or repairs and strengthens, or relieves itchy scalps. They are all appealing to our PAIN POINTS, solving the problems we have. 🙌
Now think about your job search…
Your marketing pitch shouldn’t be that you “work hard and learn fast”. Think about the PAIN POINTS for the position you are applying to and then demonstrate how you will solve those problems.‼️
