Why Your WHY Matters!

If you are a job seeker and you don’t know your “why”...

It’s going to be nearly impossible to summon up the stamina and drive to do the “what.”

Your “why” can be different than everyone else’s, but it must be meaningful to YOU, or you won’t want to do the work. ‼️

You can keep it private.

You can share it (although be super careful about oversharing on LinkedIn. Employers that you hope will hire you can see what you write).

You can share it with those closest to you (but you absolutely don’t have to).

💕 But keep in close to your head and heart, so that when things get tough, you remember your purpose and continue moving forward.

You have overcome challenges and done difficult things in the past and you will do them again. This is only a momentary blip in your life.

Always remember that you are a warrior! 💪
