❌ STOP telling yourself that you are terrible at interviewing. Don’t give yourself permission to not even need to put in the effort, because whatever you do it can’t work, because you are “terrible” at it.

👉Attitude and effort REALLY MATTER. If you don’t think you can do something, you will never be able to convince someone else you can do it.

🌟Here’s the mindset shift: Think about skills that you are totally awesome at now, but weren’t so great at in the beginning. They took time for you to learn and master.

✅ Practice - Lots of it. Out loud. Or with me (yup, I’ve helped over 1,200 women over the past 12 years to land amazing jobs. We do intense interview prep)
