Create a job search folder on your desktop or in the cloud
Make a separate folder for every company you apply to and label it with the company’s name
In each folder, include all the files related to that company
Resume (saved as Yourname.companyname.title)
Cover Letter (saved as Yourname.companyname.title)
Job Posting (saved as a pdf or word doc)
