Juggling MULTIPLE Interviews
đ đ OMG, you are flooded with interview requests and you need to know which one to prioritize.
This is a great problem to have! And you know the answerâŚ
Funny story, one of my clients was crying during our session because she was actively interviewing at 5 (yes 5) different companies simultaneously, and felt a bit overwhelmed, while admitting that it was a great problem to have.đ
(Back story, she was interviewing for Instructional Designer, Curriculum Writer, Customer Success, Higher Education Teacher Mentor, and Corporate Trainer. Received 2 offers, and voluntarily removed herself from the other 3.)
âď¸Prioritize the ones that you want the most, first. Schedule all of them, and never turn down an interview, as you want to keep all doors open until you have an offer. This is really important.
âď¸Keep track of the job description and take detailed notes on the companies, so that you donât get them mixed up when going on the interviews.
âď¸You can say with confidence that you are interviewing at multiple places when asked during the interview, which will both increase your value to the employers, as well as boost your own confidence level. đ
