🌟 Quick in-person interview tips you may not have thought of…

1. Bring 5 copies of your resume, neatly in a folder.

2. Do a test run. See how long it takes to get there, how you will get there, and where you will park. Then leave extra time.

3. If you are changing your shoes for the interview, do it outside of the building, and put your travel shoes or sneakers away before entering.

4. Turn your phone completely off (did you even know that was possible) before entering the building.

5. Be exceptionally polite to everyone from the security guards to the receptionist, to any human being you see.

6. Pay attention to personal hygiene, scents (breath, body odors, perfume), polish your shoes, steam your clothes.

7. Wait patiently, without interacting with your phone. A book is a great idea. Bonus if it's professional development that would look impressive.

8. Dress professionally. Wear the suit. It makes a difference.
