Featured at Your New Job... Which Photo to use?

📸 Photos really do MATTER!! They give the viewer an impression of us.

So, if you wouldn't use your photo of you in the car (and I really hope you wouldn't) to announce your new position and arrival at your new company, then don't use it for your LinkedIn photo.

Employers actually LOOK at your LinkedIn profile
And the #1 thing they look at is your profile photo đźŞŞ

SHOW the recruiter a photo of YOU in the position you are going towards
This is a reflection of YOU and your brand. đź–Ľ

🏆 It is an OPPORTUNITY to showcase your professionalism, project management abilities, decision-making skills

Show the EMPLOYER the effort you put into a PROJECT by making your LinkedIn profile a well-done project

Please, if you want to make a great impression, avoid photos in the car, in restaurants, in your classroom (transitioning teachers, take yourself out of the classroom), in your kitchen, and definitely without your spouse or partner's head and body, partially cut out of the photo.

It takes very little time, and just a bit of effort to DRAMATICALLY improve your LinkedIn photo and your job search!

There are 100s, if not 1,000s of people applying to every job. That's precisely why everything counts and the small bit of extra effort will help YOU to stand out from the crowd.

Always remember and showcase your unique value and how totally awesome you are!
